Ok, so we now have a new look and feel. Well that is to say we now have a look and feel. I finally got around to installing The Community Starter Kit this weekend. This is not only a great example of the future of web content deployment but the damn thing works directly out of the package. And the package comes with the source code so you can bang out your custom features at your own leisure.     There are a great number of transitions that Microsoft development is has been going through that will revolutionize the web and commerce (Like that doesn't happen every other week). The idea of integrated technologies is the most exciting part of technology revolutions. This is something Microsoft excels at and why I have slowly, reluctantly become a fan of Microsoft.      Ironically, perhaps, the largest corporation on earth may make the playing field more equal for small business. It became apparent to most of us in the IT field a few years ago that things could not continue as they were. People who knew how to spell VB, Java, or Oracle where getting salaries that people in other fields where taking years to achieve. And possible worse then this idea was (is) the perception that they had to do this so work could get done.
